Please read our shipping policy carefully, to understand how we deliver your purchased item as fast as possible.
Shipping Time
- When you place an order on our website, you commit to buy the items in that order, at the price indicated at the time of purchase.
- Orders placed are processed within 1-3 days and are normally fulfilled within 5-20 days. We aim to ship everything within 1 or 2 days, but as all of Lusa Life’s products are uniquely sourced, it that might take some time.
- For some products, delivery will be faster, and could be as fast as 5 days. Sometimes, for instance for bigger packages or personalized items delivery might be a bit slower and exceed 20 days.
- While we try to make sure orders get processed as soon as possible, sometimes we get unexpected large influxes that cause delays.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally
- All prices indicated on the Lusa Lifa webshop include shipping and delivery fees, taxes and customs duty fees where applicable. Indicated prices are internationally valid, except for the United States. If you are United States customer, please contact Lusa Life for pricing.
- When your purchase had been placed, you will receive confirmation from us.
- Lusa Life choses DHL, USP or other international logistics companies to deliver our products. This ensures safe delivery. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped, and you will receive a tracking code to track and trace tour order.
Tracking & Delivery
- After confirmation of your order, you will receive a tracking code. Please ensure your shipping address is correct for the date of shipment. If a package is undeliverable, the cusomer will be responsible for any return or re-delivery charges
- Although it's the shipping company's responsibility if packages are failed to be deliverr or get lost, we will gladly help you to solve the problem. If there are issues with delivery, we consider this part of our service, so please inform us and we will contact the shipping company on your behalf and try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
