Therefore we offer a Free Return Policy for any reason if you don’t love your purchase

 

We also have a Defective Items Return Policy in case the items you purchased have a problem.

 

7 Day Free Return Policy

  • We have a 7 day free-return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item, to request to return the product. We understand that you might have changed your mind, or that some items don’t fit your house. 
  • However, returns are on the customer’s expense and risks.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. Please also provide the receipt of proof of purchase. Returns that not meet our policy, will not be accepted.
  • Lusa Life provides cash-back refunds, or vouchers with store credit, depending on customer’s request. Cash-back refunds will be calculated as the full amount paid, minus shipping fees and other taxes or duties.

 

7 Day Defective Items Return Policy

  • You have 7 days from the date your order was delivered to report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Please inspect your item upon reception, and inform us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
  • Please take pictures and send them to us. After sending the pictures, we will inform you as soon as possible regarding the next steps.
  • In most cases, the fastest way to get the problem solved. is to return the problematic item to us. After receiving the product, Lusa Life will inspect the goods and aftter acceptance of return, we will exchange the damaged item, or fix the problem in another way.
  • Lusa Lifa issues vouchers with store credit, or replaces the item, depending on customer's request
